Our Director, DeBorah Ellington White is a Bible teacher, visionary, advocate, mentor, entrepreneur,  author, gifted communicator, empowerment and leadership coach.

With a ministry that spans nearly 30 years, DeBorah has truly been chosen by God to walk in the office of Evangelist and Teacher. Her skillful ability to train, motivate and inspire young women and ministers of the Gospel has earned her the affectionate title of “Rev”.  Facilitating spiritual support groups since 2003,  DeBorah is passionate about encouraging, listening, reflective sharing and prayer to foster spiritual growth and successful living through Biblical principles.

DeBorah is a former Associate Chaplain with the Lexington Medical Center Hospital in West Columbia, SC. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College, a Master of Arts in Chaplaincy from (CIU) Columbia International University (CIU)and Seminary in Columbia SC, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University. She also earned a certificate in Clinical Pastoral Education and specialization as a Grief/Resilient Coach. DeBorah is currently a doctoral candidate for the DMin in Leadership at CIU.

DeBorah has been a featured guest columnist in Strang Communication’s Ministry Today Magazine. She is the main contributor to The Well’s blog “Well Words” and the author of the inspirational book, Vertical Living: Aligning Your Heart with God’s Will.

DeBorah is married to Elder James Ellington White, Sr., Pastor of Rhema Christian Center COGIC in Columbia, South Carolina. DeBorah serves faithfully alongside her husband as the Director of Women’s Ministry and Spiritual Care.
